Numbers that tell you what to change

Composerie reports the personalization funnel, what your add-ons earn after cost, and which products customers actually personalize, so the next change to your store is a decision instead of a hunch.

The funnel, and where people stop

Four stages: someone views the product, opens the customizer, finishes a design, and orders. The drop between any two is the thing worth fixing, and it tells you which one. A gap between viewing and opening is a product page problem. A gap between opening and finishing is a customizer problem. They need different fixes, and guessing which is which is how a week disappears.

  • Product views, customizer opens, designs finished, orders
  • The gap tells you which surface to work on
  • Pick a period, or set your own dates

It tells you when it cannot tell you

The upper stages of the funnel lean on event data, and event data goes missing. When it does, Composerie shows you that the numbers are not there instead of drawing a confident chart over a gap. A funnel that quietly invents its top is worse than no funnel, because you act on it. This one says when it does not know.

  • Missing data is shown as missing
  • No chart is drawn over a gap
  • You find out before you act on it, not after

Whether an upgrade actually earned anything

Add-ons get their own numbers, and not just how often they were picked. You see the attach rate next to what each one sold for, what it cost you, and what was left. An upgrade that everybody chooses and nothing remains from is a different problem than an upgrade nobody chooses, and the two look identical until you put the margin beside the rate.

  • Attach rate per add-on
  • Sale, cost and what is left over
  • The popular one and the profitable one are rarely the same

What sells, where, and through whom

Revenue and orders broken down by destination country, by sales channel, and by the print provider that made them. Together they answer questions you cannot answer from a Shopify export alone: whether a market is worth a translated product page, whether one provider carries more of your revenue than you realised, and which products customers keep personalizing rather than buying plain.

  • Revenue and orders per destination country
  • Split by sales channel
  • Split by the provider that produced the order
  • The products customers personalize most

In your currency, and only what you should see

Figures come out in your organization's currency rather than a converted guess, so a number you read is a number you can act on. And what a member sees follows the role they hold: analytics opens to anyone on your team, while the billing behind it stays with the owner.

  • Amounts in your organization's currency
  • Analytics is open to every team role
  • Billing stays with the owner

Questions, answered

What does the personalization funnel measure?

Four stages: product views, customizer opens, designs finished, and orders. What you are really reading is the drop between two stages, because that tells you which surface to work on. Viewing but not opening points at the product page; opening but not finishing points at the customizer.

What happens when the data is incomplete?

You are told. The upper funnel stages rely on event data that can go missing, and when it does Composerie shows the numbers as absent rather than drawing a chart across the gap. A funnel that invents its own top is worse than no funnel, because you would act on it.

Can I see whether an add-on is actually profitable?

Yes. Each add-on reports its attach rate alongside what it sold for, what it cost, and what was left. That distinction matters: an upgrade everyone picks with nothing left over is a different problem from one nobody picks, and rate alone cannot tell them apart.

Can I choose the period?

Yes. Take a rolling period or set an explicit start and end date, whichever suits the question. Comparing a campaign week against the month around it needs the second one.

Which currency are the amounts in?

Your organization's own, not a converted approximation. Analytics also respects what your account is allowed to see, so the figures match the orders you actually have visibility over.
